When you submit an order to Sensual.gr we will endevour to process your order usually within 2 hours or as quickly as possible.
All goods remain the property of Sensual.gr until full payment has been received.
Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing fault, simply return it to us unworn, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact, You MUST contact us within 7 days for an exchange, so we can arrange a replacement.
Item Exchanges
If you require an exchange due to incorrect size or have a valid reason for return, we will exchange goods for same or higher price. You MUST contact us within 7 days for an exchange, so we can arrange collection and delivery at a convenient time, (there maybe a small charge depending on location)
Exclusions
Certain products are excluded from our returns policy. Due to health reasons we cannot exchange Briefs. Hosiery, can be exchanged if they are in the original sealed packaging.
Items marked at Special Price cannot be exchanged.
Typographical Errors
In the event that Sensual.gr has mistakenly listed a product at an incorrect price, Sensual.gr reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
